Ca veut dire quoi miscellanées?

Empr. au lat. miscellanea, proprement «choses mêlées», neutre plur. substantivé de l'adj. miscellaneus «mêlé, mélangé», dér. de miscellus «id.» (de miscere «mêler, mélanger»).

Terme assez fréquemment utilisé en anglais et remis au goût du jour en français depuis le succés d'un certain Mr Schott.
